Debbie learned the value of a dollar at a pretty young age. She worked three jobs to pay for college, but that didn't stop her from graduating Summa Cum Laude. She began her career as an intern at Deloitte & Touche and left as a Senior Auditor.

She has been watching every penny at Tierney since 1983, when the company was known as Lewis, Gilman & Kynett. She climbed the financial ladder and became CFO in 1997. Everybody knows that money talks, but the nice thing about Debbie is that she's always willing to listen.
